国際発送

転送コムを利用すれば、陶器堂の商品を海外で受け取ることができます。
海外発送（国際配送）の代行サービスです。
サービスのご利用には転送コムのご登録が必要となります。
陶器堂から海外への直接発送は行なっておりません。

 

By using Tenso.com, overseas customers can receive TOUKIDOU products.
Tenso.com is an international forwarding service.

ご利用条件

お買い物の際、お支払い方法は「クレジットカード払い」を選択してください。
転送コムを通じて、クレジット決済以外で購入された場合、ご注文をキャンセルとさせて頂きます。

If you use cash on delivery for your payment method, your pre-order will be canceled automatically.

 

 

■商品お届けまでの流れ
1.転送コムに登録すると、あなたへ日本国内の専用住所が発行されます。（登録無料）
2.購入フォームのお届け先に、転送コムから発行された日本国内の住所を入力してください
3.購入時に指定した日本国内の住所（転送コムの倉庫）に商品が到着
4.転送コムにて国際発送料金をお支払いいただき、商品を日本国外へ発送いたします

 

■Process op purchase and shipment.
1.Once you register at Tenso.com, you will receive a Japanese Tenso address.Registration is free.
2.Enter the Japanese address you received from Tenso.com in a purchase form.
3.Products will be delivered to the Japanese address (Tenso.com's storehouse).
4.Pay international shipping fee, and Tenso.com will ship your products to you.

 

 

料金

陶器堂へは、商品代金と転送コムまでの国内送料600円（商品代金合計10,000円以上の場合は送料無料）をお支払いただきます。
別途、転送コムのサービス利用料や国際配送にかかる送料などがかかります。

転送コムのサービスご利用料金は　転送手数料＋国際配送料EMSがかかり、日本国内の転送コム倉庫に商品が届いてから、別途、送付料金を転送コムにお支払いしていただきます。
お支払いが完了したお荷物から、国際発送手続きが進みます

 

The usage fee for Tenso.com consists of the service fee and the international shipping fee.
Once your product is delivered to Tenso.com's storehouse in Japan, you are required to pay the shipping fee.
Upon payment, Tenso.com will process your order and ship overseas your package.

国際配送サービス『転送コム』は、陶器堂とは別会社ですので、転送サービスに関するお問合せは転送コムにお願いします。
